We are one of only two companies in the UK to send low hazardous items like sparklers in the correct way. You might feel the postage is a little expensive but we want to make sure we do everything the correct way and make sure no one gets hurt in the process, so we have to pay extra for the UN cartons we send the products in and hiring a specialist trained courier to deliver. In fact we make a loss on delivery, but at least we can sleep at night knowing everyone is safe. 

• Orders have a cut off time of 12pm noon any orders after 12pm will be post the following business day.
• Deliveries are not guaranteed and can take longer for reasons outside of our control. No refunds or compensation will be given by us for late or no late delivery and any liability will be against the delivery service provider.
• If an incorrect name / address has been given by you, we are not liable or responsible for any loss or otherwise of the product.
• If there are special delivery notes we must know immediately and please state this on checkout so we can provide the information to the delivery service provider.
• If the delivery service provider cannot deliver the package for whatever reason including no answer or bad access the package(s) may be left in a safe place or be returned by the delivery service provider to our business address. We will charge to send the items out again at £6.95
• If delivery is refused and returned to our business address you will still be charged for delivery and liable to further delivery charges of £6.95.
• Upon delivery someone over the age of 18 (eighteen) must be present to receive the order. The delivery service provider may require ID will be asked for & if no ID can be given the package will not be left and returned to our business address. However the delivery charge will still apply.
• Please ensure delivery is entered in correctly to avoid parcel going missing.
• Weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not classified as business days.
